About CAMH
CAMH, or the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, is a world-renowned research hospital and organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental health and addiction issues.
C&C works closely with CAMH to provide support and services to young people in our community who are struggling with mental health disorders.
About Covenant House Toronto
Toronto's Covenant Homes is a service that provides absolute respect and unconditional love for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness or human trafficking.
C&C partnered with Toronto's Covenant Homes to bring the Gifted Pages Project to all COSSOT schools. With this partnership, we strive to respect and provide a helping hand for young people who were victims of experiencing homelessness or in need of a welcoming community/place to stay.
About Heydon Park Secondary School
Heydon Park Secondary School is an all-girls public school renowned for their inclusive and well accommodated special needs program for students with intellectual disabilities.
C&C partnered with Heydon Park Secondary School's program for special needs to recognize the importance of providing the appropriate form of education and resources for these students.
